• All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise specified.

3. Bookings and cancellations

• Service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or written agreement.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified at the time of service.
• Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges.

5. Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties apply to all heat pump units we install. Warranty terms vary by brand and model.
• Our workmanship is covered for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
• Warranty claims are subject to proper use and maintenance of the system in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

6. Customer responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about your property and requirements.
• Access to the property must be available as agreed for service appointments.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or body corporate approvals prior to installation.

7. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.
• You are responsible for insuring your property and contents.
