Are quotes really free?
Yes — there's no charge for quotes and no obligation to proceed. Site visits for installation quotes are also free. We provide written quotes so you know exactly what you're agreeing to before any work begins.
How quickly do you respond?
Same business day for enquiries received during business hours (Monday–Friday 7:30am–6pm). For urgent repairs, calling is always faster than the form.
Do you service heat pumps you didn't install?
Yes — we service and repair all major brands regardless of who installed them. Just have the brand and model handy if you know it.
Can you check my subsidy eligibility when you quote?
Yes — we check your eligibility for the Warmer Kiwi Homes subsidy as part of every installation assessment. If you qualify, the subsidy is deducted from your invoice and we claim it from EECA directly. You don't do any paperwork.
Do you do emergency repairs outside business hours?
After-hours emergency service is available by arrangement for critical situations — complete system failure in extreme weather, electrical faults, or refrigerant leaks. Call 09 242 4940 and leave a message with your details and urgency level.
