Papatoetoe Heat Pumps is a locally-based installation and servicing business focused on one thing: getting South Auckland homes properly heated. We launched in 2025 with accreditations from the three leading manufacturers and approval from EECA to process Warmer Kiwi Homes subsidy applications.
We work primarily with homeowners — families upgrading from old electric heaters, people making their first heat pump installation, and households eligible for the government subsidy who want a straightforward process from start to finish.
We don't offer same-day emergency everything or claim to be the biggest operation in Auckland. What we offer is qualified installation, honest sizing advice, proper commissioning, and a business that will still be answering the phone when you need your annual service.
